1 Privacy Statement

1.1. PayBrix Ltd (“we”/“us”/“our” etc.) is committed to protecting the privacy of any of your personal data collected as part of your use of www.paybrix.com (the “Website”) and its services.

2.1. If you contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence.

2.2. Like most other websites, our Website uses cookies. These are small files that are sent to your computer when you log into this website. By using a cookie we can keep track of your log-in status even if you leave the website and return.  NB: a cookie only tracks which PC is logging on to the website: it does not identify who is using that PC. We primarily use cookies on our website for anonymised analytical purposes as well as the likes of polls and surveys to ensure your best browsing experience.

2.3. Our website logs requests for website content, helping us to identify which parts of the website are popular and which are not, helping us to improve the website. The website uses these log files to compile non-personal statistical information about matters such as length of visit to the website, pages visited and other general information.  Please note this information is entirely anonymous.

We will only retain and use your personal data thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
